Prices are per person for two people in a room or apartment and include:
3 nights with buffet breakfasts, three-course lunches (for FB prices only), three-course dinners (without drinks), Festive dinner with program on 31.12, late breakfast (brunch) on 01.01, late check-out, parking, free use of the Relax Center /jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath/, outdoor table tennis, children’s playground, Wi-Fi internet throughout the complex, tourist tax and hotel insurance.
For children under 12y., a separate hall will be prepared for the Festive Dinner on 31.12!

A child up to 3.99y. are accommodated for free on a BB basis
Child from 4 to 11.99 years old on extra bed – 60% discount
Child up to 11.99 years old on a regular bed – 20% discount
Adult on extra bed -20% discount
The extra bed in a double room is an extendable armchair!

A child up to 3.99y. are accommodated for free on a BB basis
First child from 4 to 11.99 years on an extra bed – 60% discount
Second child up to 11.99 years old on an extra bed – 80% discount
Adult on extra bed -20% discount
The extra bed in an apartment is a sofa bed!
Minimum occupancy of an apartment – two adults.
Reservation and cancellation conditions:
Payment: 30% deposit up to 3 days after confirmation of reservation, additional payment by 15.12.2023.
For cancellations until 30.11.2023 – no penalty.
In case of cancellation from 01.12.2023 to 15.12.2023 – 30% of the value of the reservation.
For cancellations after 16.12.2023, the penalty is 100%!
